Measures in relation to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

20th April 2020 – Following the Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab’s press briefing on 16 April 2020 setting out the government’s ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and extending the current restrictions in place, we would like to inform you about Invida’s continuing measures in place to enable us to continue to provide uninterrupted services to our customers.


Invida instituted full remote working for all employees (on 23 March 2020)  and we will continue to serve our customers remotely, unless it is absolutely necessary and business critical to physically visit a site, which has not been the case to date. This not only protects our customers but also ensures the ongoing health and safety of our employees, their families, and the wider public.


Our support and Cloud availability remain at the same level as before and we are confident that the measures in place will ensure Invida are able to continue delivering uninterrupted service to our customers. You can be assured that we will do our utmost to support you to safeguard your business continuity with Invida applications.
